Position Overview

As the Account Executive Expansion for Enterprise Solutions, you will drive net revenue retention (NRR) and fuel business growth across our highest-value enterprise accounts in India. You will uncover new opportunities, scale software adoption, and execute cross-sell and upsell initiatives within your assigned portfolio. This role reports directly to the Sales Director and works in a hybrid environment out of Delhi office.
Responsibilities
Strategic Account Expansion & Revenue Growth
- Drive Net New Revenue: Identify, qualify, and close expansion opportunities (upsell and cross-sell) within existing enterprise accounts to meet or exceed quotas
- Value-Based Selling: Translate complex customer business challenges into tailored value propositions featuring Autodesk's cloud-based platform and industry-specific portfolios (AEC, Manufacturing, or M&E)
- Executive Relationship Management: Build and nurture deep, multi-level relationships with C-suite executives and key enterprise decision-makers.
- Pipeline & Forecasting Accuracy: Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene within Salesforce and deliver highly accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly expansion forecasts
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Account Team Synergy: Partner closely with Technical Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services to map account strategies, drive product adoption, and maximize contract renewals
- Ecosystem Alignment: Coordinate with the Deal Desk and global stakeholders to structure, negotiate, and close high-value, complex enterprise agreements

Minimum Qualifications
- Experience: 5 to 7 years of proven success in enterprise B2B sales, strategic account management, or expansion sales within a SaaS or enterprise software company
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience selling into Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC) or Manufacturing sectors is highly desirable. Familiarity with CAD/BIM ecosystems is a significant plus
- Sales Acumen: Exceptional proficiency in enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., Value-Based Selling, Challenger, or TAS) and managing complex
- Communication: Elite presentation, storytelling, and negotiation skills, with a track record of acting as a trusted advisor to C-level executives
- Tools: Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM and data-driven pipeline analytics tools
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred
