Legal Counsel

You will be a key legal partner in a high-growth, fast-paced unicorn startup, shaping commercial strategy and driving business-critical transactions. In this role, you will draft, negotiate, and execute complex agreements across global GTM, strategic alliances, and mission-critical procurement, while collaborating cross-functionally to enable seamless deal execution. You will also play a pivotal role in selecting, implementing, and optimizing Legal AI and LegalTech tools. A Day in Your Life
- Draft, review, and negotiate core commercial contracts, including global Go-To-Market (GTM) agreements, complex strategic alliances, and critical vendor deals, ensuring Legal is an enabler of global revenue growth.
- Provide day-to-day legal advice and support to internal teams, including Finance, Sales, Alliances, Product, HR, and IT.
- Manage legal matters involving employment law, regulatory compliance, and financial transactions.
- Partner closely with sales leadership to design deal structures that accelerate execution and growth while intelligently managing risk.
- Support the CLO and executive team on corporate governance, compliance, and strategic transactions.
- Help design and implement scalable legal workflows, playbooks, and operational processes; contribute to the evaluation and adoption of AI-powered legal tools and legal automation technologies.
- Provide early-stage legal guidance to Product and R&D on new features, emerging technologies, and AI-related initiatives.
- Collaborate with the IP team on protecting and enforcing the company’s IP assets.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable laws.

- LL.B. or J.D. from an accredited law school; licensed to practice in Israel, US and/or another common-law jurisdiction.
- 6+ years of experience in commercial, technology, IP and corporate law, ideally with a mix of in-house tech and top-tier law firm experience.
- SaaS industry experience required; hardware experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation, commercial transactions, and go-to-market agreements.
- Knowledge of corporate governance, HR, and compliance matters.
- Familiarity with legal process automation and AI-powered contract management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to distill complex legal issues for business stakeholders.
