As a Senior Product Designer on the Enterprise Readiness team, your main focus will be working on improving key features for our Enterprise customers. You'll collaborate with product management and engineering to define problem spaces, develop innovative solutions, and deliver them to our customers. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to our design system.

In this role, you will:

• Lead complex and high-impact product design projects that help raise the quality bar for our users - from conceptual models to UI design.
• Champion design craft and mentor other designers.
• Simplify complex spaces for our users through clear and concise solutions.
• Conduct user research using various methods and principles to gain insights into customer needs and inform design solutions.
• Have a large amount of ownership and autonomy in designing features and solutions that enable a world-class end-to-end experience for Enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with some of the industry's smartest (and nicest) people. You'll work with Engineers, Product Managers, and Content Designers to advocate for the user experience across the Atlassian ecosystem and ship high-quality work.
• Contribute to our Design System by creating new components, templates, and guidelines.

• 6+ years of product design experience designing complex or enterprise-level software
• Experience in end-to-end UX / Product design to design impactful solutions to challenging problems and edge cases
• Facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills: you can demonstrate the ability to integrate the work of multiple teams, solicit and synthesise feedback, and facilitate outcome-focused design discussions.
• Experience in design systems, the ability to identify common components required to support a wide array of customer use cases.
• Proficiency in iterative design processes: constantly mapping out flows, sharing work, validating with customers, iterating, shipping, and learning.
• Experience in conducting and applying customer research.
