Your future team

We seek a Product Designer to contribute to the Commerce Design team. You will report to a Design Manager and join teams in Australia and India. As an individual contributor, you'll lead impactful projects across our billing experiences.

Commerce underpins Atlassian's billing experiences. Our team ensures smooth purchasing and management of subscriptions, helping Admins work more efficiently.

What you'll do:

• Design end-to-end experiences that integrate AI into our workflows
• Create patterns that modernize our workflows' visual language
• Lead design projects from creation to execution, focusing on customer value and outcomes
• Define success metrics to ensure design solutions deliver customer value
• Identify opportunities to improve products and boost adoption by non-technical teams
• Collaborate with skilled Engineers, Product Managers, Content Designers, Researchers, Marketing Experts, and Analysts to champion user experience and deliver quality work

• 3+ years of product design experience with complex or enterprise software
• Strong visual design skills
• Experience with AI products
• End-to-end UX/product design experience solving challenging problems
• Passion for storytelling and bringing design direction to life with compelling narratives
• Ability to balance customer needs with business goals, market viability, and technical feasibility
• Facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills: able to integrate multiple teams' work, gather and synthesize feedback, and lead design discussions that drive company-wide results
• Experience measuring success with qualitative and quantitative methods
