The Service Collection team at Atlassian is dedicated to transforming how enterprises deliver service experiences across IT, HR, customer support, and beyond. Our mission is to drive record-breaking adoption of Service Collection by uniting best-in-class appslike Jira Service Management, Customer Service Management, Assets, and Rovo AI agentsinto a single, integrated platform. We empower teams to provide exceptional, AI-powered support, accelerate innovation, and deliver value fast, all while streamlining collaboration and compliance. About the Role:

Service Collection team is looking for an exceptional Chief of Staff to partner closely with our Head of Product and extended leadership team and provide strategic support in managing day-to-day operations, driving cross-functional alignment, and fostering effective decision-making. The Chief of Staff will serve as a trusted advisor to our Head of Product and other senior executives, enabling seamless communication, orchestrating key initiatives, and ensuring successful execution. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Some of the great work you will do:

  • Strategic Support: Collaborate with the Head of Product and executive team to define and execute Atlassian's strategic goals and initiatives, ensuring alignment across the organization.
  • Drive and orchestrate key business rhythmsincluding OKRs, Periodic Business Reviews (WBRs), and exec reviewsto ensure alignment, accountability, and progress across the organization.
  • Operations Optimization: Streamline operational processes, identify opportunities for efficiency gains, and drive effective resource allocation to enhance overall productivity.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Facilitate collaboration and communication among different departments and teams, ensuring alignment and fostering a culture of transparency and shared goals.
  • Project Management: Lead and support strategic projects and initiatives spanning across Service Collection, overseeing timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Gather and analyze relevant data to generate insights, identify trends, and support evidence-based decision-making at the executive level.
  • Change Management: Champion and support organizational change efforts, facilitating smooth transitions and fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.

  • Strong communication skills, constantly connecting dots and people, and can accurately capture important messages.
