Introduction to the Job
As ASML continues to expand, delivering consistent, high-quality customer operations across regions is essential. The Senior Finance Team Lead - Customer Operations (US) will lead the U.S. Customer Operations team within ASML Business Services (ABS), driving operational excellence, process standardization, and strategic alignment with global practices. This role is critical in strengthening team capabilities, supporting regional standardization, and enabling the Regional Operations Manager to focus on strategic delivery.
Role and Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and develop a small team of direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.
- Support team maturity and capability building to create depth in the U.S. region and align with global standards.
- Oversee daily operations related to quote creation, sales order management, and invoicing within the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) domain.
- Ensure first-time-right execution and compliance with ASML policies, US GAAP, and local/global regulations.
- Maintain a robust operational framework to safeguard standard product, policy, and compliance requirements.
- Act as a structural solutions expert, contributing to global Q2C process optimization and tooling discussions.
- Provide U.S.-specific insights and planning input to global Order Control colleagues.
- Drive standardization, simplification, and automation of processes, leveraging tools like SAP S/4HANA, RPA, and portals.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with Sales, Legal, Finance, and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment with internal and external customer requirements and service delivery values (Care, Challenge, Collaboration).
- Lead or participate in global and regional improvement initiatives.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Global Enabling Services and/or Quote-to-Cash operations.
- At least 3 years of direct people leadership experience
- Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and applicable laws/regulations.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP), Microsoft Office, and emerging IT solutions (S/4HANA, RPA, etc.).

Other Information
This role is based in the U.S. and reports to the Regional Operations Manager within ASML Business Services. Occasional travel may be required to support cross-regional collaboration and global initiatives.
