Role and Responsibilities
As a Manufacturing Technician 4, you take ownership of your tasks and support ASML's commitment to quality and safety. You work hands-on with advanced equipment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals. Your responsibilities include:
- Assemble and test complex mechanical and electronic systems with accuracy.
- Follow detailed work instructions to ensure product quality and safety.
- Identify and resolve production issues using established troubleshooting methods.
- Maintain precise records for manufacturing and process documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows.
- Collaborate across teams to meet production targets and timelines.
- Comply with ASML's safety standards and uphold a clean work environment.
- Provide guidance for less experienced Assemblers/Technicians.
Education and Experience
You bring a high school diploma or equivalent as a minimum. A technical associate degree is preferred. You have experience in high-tech manufacturing, ideally in semiconductor or electronics assembly, preferably at least 5 years. You are familiar with basic hand tools, measurement devices, and computer systems used in manufacturing.

The current base annual hourly range for this role is currently:
$22.54-37.56
Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company's 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
