This position will be part of the Capability Center within ASML Business Services with a primary focus on ASML US projects.The AI Adoption Intern willfocuson advancing the adoption and effectiveutilizationof AI-powered Copilot tools. This role will support business transformation initiatives through the creation of learning resources, analysis of adoption metrics, and stakeholder engagement,whilecontributing to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Your Assignment
- Create andmaintainlearning resources, including SharePoint pages, training slide decks, and Q&A forums to support Copilot adoption.
- Analyze sector-specific use cases toidentifyopportunities for targeted Copilot deployment and adoption.
- Assess and implement role-specific Copilot Agents using Copilot Studio, customizing solutions to meet business requirements.
- Engage with the Copilot Ambassador Network, end users, and stakeholders to drive awareness, provide support, and gather feedback.
- Analyze US adoption and satisfaction metrics related to Copilot usage, delivering actionable insights through dashboards and reports.
- Support change management activities, including stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, and training support for new AI tools.
- Assistin developing and executing communication plansand information management infrastructureto promote Copilot initiatives and drive user engagement.

Your Profile
- Currentlypursuing a degree in business, information systems, computer science, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with AI tools, business project management, and transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communicator, comfortable with delivering presentations, creating slide decks, and producing public-facing content such as SharePoint pages and organizational announcements.
- Experience working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).

- Achieved strong end-user Copilotutilizationmetrics.
- Received favorable end-user satisfaction feedback from surveys, training sessions, and event evaluations.
Other Information
- This position islocatedon-site inSan Diego, California, requiring regular in-person attendance for work-related events, trainings, and meetings.
- Physical requirements include sitting, walking, talking, hearing, using hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching, and stretching; and occasionally lifting/moving up to 20 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

The current base annual salary range for this role is currently $18.00 - $57.00. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
