Data Analyst

Manage data tooling incidents in partnership with IT, support troubleshooting, and help ensure stable end-to-end operational performance.

Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new or enhanced data tools, and support implementation and adoption across key stakeholder groups.

Validate Engineering Change (EC) master data in ASML's PLM system to ensure compliance with business rules and governance standards.

Create, maintain, and continuously improve work instructions and procedures to standardize execution and ensure audit-ready documentation.

Train and transfer knowledge on standard ways of working across all levels to drive consistent adoption, mindset shift, and behavioral change.

Coach and support junior team members, providing guidance on problem-solving, quality standards, and efficient execution of daily operations

Education and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  
• 3+ years of relevant, proven experience.
  
• Experience in (product) data quality management and understanding its impact on end-to-end business processes.
  
• Experience with performance management, including metrics, KPIs, and reporting.
  
• Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP applications.
  
• Understanding of how data governance is embedded and operated within global enterprises.

Other information
The Data Analyst role is part of the Master Data Management department. The department manages global product related data, enabling ASML to achieve high data quality leading to operational excellence by supporting time to profitability. It manages data governance boards for ASML's manufacturing, supply chain management, finance and procurement departments.
The Master Data Management organization is an industry-leading organization, responsible for ensuring material availability to ASML's factories and customers. Our DNA contains customer focus, concurrent engineering, virtual integration plus the ability to thrive in a volatile market, accelerate the supply chain and deliver creative solutions. Plans are made up to four years ahead while customer requirements and system bill of materials can change at any time. Any break in material availability can have an unacceptable impact for our customers. The current base annual salary range for this role is currently:
$82,875-124,313

Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
