What You'll Do

  • Lead the selection, testing, deployment, management, maintenance, and operationalization of Aristocrat's security controls.
  • Apply your strong expertise in Microsoft Purview DLP Configuration, Management, and Monitoring.
  • Apply your cybersecurity engineering expertise to support programs, proposals, and corporate objectives.
  • Partner with cybersecurity operations for continuous control improvement activities.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and effective communication of the status and usage of security controls on critical assets for executive-level management.
  • Formulate conceptual and logical solutions that facilitate the deployment of protective measures within Aristocrat environments.
  • Consult and collaborate with collaborators, asset owners, and IT teams to advance security initiatives across the enterprise.
  • Define and apply configurations for safeguarding measures targeting endpoints, cloud environments, DevSecOps, product security, and user authentication platforms.
  • Provide domain expertise on cybersecurity strategies and find opportunities to optimize security controls.
  • Stay informed about the latest security trends, technologies, and threats, making recommendations to improve Aristocrat's defense framework.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, plus more than a decade of related experience.
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, passionate about building, implementation, and management of security solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in working effectively with a geographically dispersed team.
  • A strong grasp and proven background in handling Security Information Event Management (SIEM) platforms, data streaming platforms, network security, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) systems, Cloud Security, and Identity Access Management (IAM) principles.
  • Expert knowledge of information security technologies, networking, cloud, and infrastructure architecture on a global scale.
  • The capacity to handle complex problems by solving issues efficiently.
  • Proven ability to handle competing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • The ability to contribute to organizational critical thinking beyond your area of responsibility.
  • Preferred certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, or other relevant certifications.
  • Strong collaboration abilities you should be enthusiastic about contributing as a member of a cohesive group and working alongside other teams within Aristocrat, both locally and globally.
  • Strong verbal and written communication talents include sharing relevant data and information. They also involve listening attentively and participating in meaningful conversations. Additionally, they require articulating ideas clearly and managing communication obstacles.
