? Lead execution of labor programs across international markets, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with regional requirements.
? Drive progress on critical path items, proactively identifying and resolving execution risks and bottlenecks.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Operations, and Technology to ensure seamless delivery of labor initiatives.
? Develop and manage detailed program roadmaps, timelines, and KPIs to monitor execution and impact.
? Serve as the primary point of contact for global stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and alignment.

Qualifications
Qualifications

? Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
? Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
? Experience working in a global enterprise environment with cross-cultural teams.
? Bachelor?s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
