Training Coordinator
Qualification: MBA
Experience - 3 to 6 years
Automotive industry - Preferred (Wiring Harness)
Major Accountabilities:
To manage effectively: 1. Recruitment (operator level) 2. Training & Development
1. RECRUITMENT:
a) Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives
b) Collecting Manpower Requirements from functional head and coordinating recruitments internally in collaboration with various external recruitment consultants (Operator level)
c) Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media and internet sites providing organisation information opportunity and benefits
d) Coordinating to fill up the vacant positions in the shop floor on time. Maintenance of data bank for future requirement of manpower
2. TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT:
a).Identifying, examining, and assessing the training needs within an organization
b)Conduct training for employees for specific jobs
c)Educating trainees on skills such as normal process,Special & key stations
d)Holding meetings and presentations on learning materials when necessary
e)Planning and designing training activities for new hires as well as veteran employees
f)Assisting employees in the process of improving or enhancing their existing skills
g) Planning and developing monitored simulations and problem-solving scenarios
h) Ensuring that creative, interactive, multimedia presentations are created
I)Holding workshops, seminars, and lectures
k) Maintaining correct and accurate training records
l)Collecting feedback from employees regarding the effectiveness of several training methods.

To update and maintain all Inductions files for all operators

a) Training Plan Vs Actual Trend
b) Skill Matrix - PAT
c) Employees Training Details
d) Training Pictures
e) Corrective Actions - Training
7. AUDITS & STATUTORY:
a) Prepare the HR (Training & Development) documentation for IATF 16949, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001
