YOUR ROLE

• As a Technical Documentation Engineer in our team, you'll be working on technical documentation of various products from wide portfolio of automotive components.

In your daily job you will be:

• Create, coordinate, manage and release product related technical documentation (Assembly Manuals, Product Specifications)
• Prioritize own tasks and work organization in terms the technical documentation projects
• Cooperation with Product Engineers and other competencies in field of the project technical documentation
• Work on 3D&2D data in Siemens NX, Teamcenter Engineering and other graphic software in creation of technical documentation and its revision management in databases
• Communication with people in other EMEA Aptiv technical centers and manufacturing plants regarding products technical documentation

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

• Engineering degree (mechanical or related)
• Experience in automotive industry will be an advantage
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Microsoft Office, CAD (NX) and graphical (Illustrator) or similar software knowledge
• Sense of aesthetics in terms of graphics (preferred)
• Knowledge of 2D drawing creation, dimensioning and tolerances (preferred)
• Own tasks planning, prioritizing and organizational skills
• Good command of English
