YOUR ROLE
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will design, build, integrate, and lead complex Salesforce solutions that support business-critical processes. You will also develop advanced Tableau reports and provide technical guidance and best practices across projects, working closely with global stakeholders.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce
• Lead and implement Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
• Develop and optimize Tableau dashboards and analytics to support business insights
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and best-practice guidance to team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to deliver high-quality solutions
YOUR BACKGROUND
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong expertise in Salesforce development and integrations
• Experience with Tableau reporting and analytics (preferred)
• Salesforce certifications, Agile/Scrum exposure, and leadership experience are strong advantages
