Senior Manager Core PC&L

My Role:

• Daily follow-up with Mfg plants and suppliers to escalate potential operations impacts.
• Lead the escalation process within the company and suppliers, and in collaboration with the SCM operations area.
• Lead command centers in reviewing recovery plans with suppliers That Are Not in compliance.
• Monthly revisions with suppliers for scorecard results and to define action plans to improve the score.
• Support in the recovery cost process to identify liability for downtime and premium expense.
• Collaborate with purchasing for vendor changes and supply chain strategies to coordinate with mfg sites.
• Participation in projects to hit targets for the PC&L area.
• End-to-end materials planning and logistics, 7 years min.
• Cash flow optimization - Inventory levels.
• Logistics network optimization.
• Overall material cost optimization
• Any other work activity related to your position

• A high level of English proficiency is a must.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering
• SAP Knowledge
• ERP Knowledge
• Leadership skills
