Senior HR Operations Manager

The Senior HR Operations Manager is responsible for leading and delivering highquality HR operational services across the full employee lifecycle. This role drives
operational excellence, ensures compliance with regional employment regulations, and partners with HR and business stakeholders to create a consistent, efficient, and employee-centric HR experience.

YOUR ROLE:

• Manage HR Operations teams, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.
• Define and monitor HR operations KPIs and service standards.
• Provide guidance and escalation support for complex HR cases.Oversee end-to-end onboarding, internal moves, and offboarding processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with GDPR.
• Lead HR data audits and reporting cycles.
• Ensure HR operations comply with local labor law and works council requirements
• Identify and implement process improvements and standardization opportunities.
• Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT, and country HR teams.

• Languages - fluent Hungarian (speaking & writing) + fluent English (speaking & writing)
