Senior Engineer

Qualification: Engineering or equivalent

Total Experience: 2-5 yrs

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Imports/ Local procurement as per customer requirement.
  • Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
  • Timely procurement of Material for feeding the Production Line keeping inventory as per norms defined.
  • Follow up with vendors for timely deliveries and ensuring timely payments.
  • Maintaining the inventory level for procure parts within the defined norms.
  • Releasing of weekly backlog report to supplier.
  • Releasing monthly VDP (Vendor Delivery Performance) to suppliers.
  • Freight monitoring and calculation of freight weekly basis.
  • Responsible for ECN implementation ensuring zero obsolete cost by adjusting the schedules considering the Mass production of New Part.
  • Volume capacity confirmation from supplier to avoid supply issues as per forecast projected by customer.
  • Maintaining the DIO/ITR as per Business plan target.
  • MRP run considering customer demand for N+26 weeks
  • Export Invoice Preparation.
