Your Role:

The Holder of this position is called to perform the following duties :

• Ensure the implementation of engineering changes in coordination with the service center.
• Ensure the right connection between engineering changes and continuous improvement.
• Ensure the application and monitoring of changes according to the schedule and standard procedures for project development.
• Prepare Technical Documentation Ensure weekly update of reports.
• Ensure the smooth running of customer audits and certification audits
• Ensure a good connection with engineering / EOS / SAP / GSD-M / PFMEA'S system managers.
• Ensuring the revision of PFMEA's for engineering changes and application of the required actions.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental standards, health and safety standards.
• Ensure technicians management

Your Background:

• Bac+5 in Industrial Engineering, Methods, automated systems electromechanics or equivalent.
• Good level of communication in English & French
• Analytical and synthetic skills and leadership skills.
• Good computer skills
• Task prioritization and time management
• Knowledge of manufacturing process.
• Strong problem-solving skills
