This is an exciting, high-impact opportunity to help shape the course of one of the world's leading technology company's expansion from automotive to other market areas. The company is focusing on accelerating growth in non-automotive, or adjacent markets, including Industrial, Robotics, Commercial Vehicles, Construction, Agriculture, Commercial Aerospace, Space, and Energy. This role will be responsible for expanding growth into the Industrial and Robotics Markets.

Your role :

  • Build and maintain foundational market analyses outlining the key customers, competitors, products and market size in the industrial and robotics market space.
  • Track and improve industrial and robotics market sales, bookings, and profitability trends by customer, market, and product lines
  • Own new product / technology roadmap and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product Line, Marketing, and Distribution teams in evaluating and recommending what additional portfolio/products are needed to increase our sales in industrial and robotics markets
  • Lead business case development for new product portfolio
  • Develop Market models (TAM) including size, growth, and market share - in collaboration with the Corporate Strategy team
  • Develop competitor benchmarking including products and market share
  • Scanning and collation of market intelligence (M&A, product launches, new market entrants, footprint investments, etc.)
  • Support material preparation for internal business reviews

  • Industrial and robotics market sales, bookings, and profitability growth
  • Market Strategy and Product Roadmap for industrial and robotics markets

Internal / External Working Relationships:

  • Lead Sales, Engineering, Product Line, and Distribution teams in prioritizing key industrial and robotics market opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product Line, Marketing, and Distribution teams in identifying which of our current automotive products best match industrial and robotics market customer needs to promote growth
  • Collaborate with Corporate Strategy and M&A teams on evaluating and recommending potential inorganic growth opportunities in the industrial and robotics market space
  • Provide coaching, guidance, mentorship to working team members

Your background:

  • Master's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in areas relevant for our business e.g. products like wire harness and connectors and end markets like industrial and robotics
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in solving complex business problems - includes structuring the problem, gathering and analyzing data, generating insights and recommendations
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to develop polished visuals (PowerPoint) and communicate effectively with senior audiences
  • Growth driven hunter mentality
  • High motivation with a track record of strong performance and career progression
  • Fluent in French or Italian / and English (both speaking & writing)
  • willingness to business travel

Dans ce rôle clé, vous serez responsable de développer notre présence et d'accélérer notre croissance sur les marchés industriels et robotiques.

Vos missions

Analyse & Stratégie de marché

  • Construire et mettre à jour des analyses de marché complètes : clients clés, concurrents, produits, tailles et dynamiques de marché.
  • Suivre et améliorer les performances commerciales (ventes, commandes, rentabilité) pour les marchés industriel et robotique.
  • Réaliser des modèles de marché (TAM) : taille, croissance, parts de marché, en partenariat avec l'équipe Corporate Strategy.
  • Mener des benchmarks concurrentiels détaillés.
  • Assurer une veille stratégique continue : M&A, lancements produits, nouveaux entrants, investissements industriels...

Développement de l'offre & Innovation

  • Définir et piloter la feuille de route technologique et produits.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Ventes, Ingénierie, Produit, Marketing et Distribution pour identifier les opportunités de croissance et les besoins produits.
  • Construire les business cases pour le lancement de nouveaux portefeuilles produits.
  • Recommander les produits existants pouvant être adaptés aux marchés industriel et robotique.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Fédérer et orienter les équipes internes sur les priorités marché.
  • Contribuer aux revues business et à la préparation des supports de direction.
  • Accompagner et coacher les membres de l'équipe projet.

Indicateurs clés de réussite

  • Assurer la croissance des marchés industriel et robotique.
  • Définition et exécution d'une stratégie marché et d'une feuille de route produits performantes.

Votre profil

  • Master en ingénierie mécanique/électrique (ou expérience équivalente).
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans des entreprises liées à ces marchés : connecteurs, faisceaux électriques, produits industriels, robotique.
  • Solides compétences analytiques et expérience démontrée dans la résolution de problèmes complexes.
  • Excellentes capacités de communication et maîtrise de la préparation de présentations pour cadres dirigeants.
  • Mentalité de développeur : orienté résultats et opportunités.
  • Forte motivation, performance avérée, progression de carrière notable.
  • Maîtrise du français ou de l'italien, et de l'anglais (écrit et oral).
  • Disponibilité pour des déplacements professionnels.
