YOUR ROLE

The purpose of this position is to coordinate activities to ensure that the assigned products are manufactured in accordance with the procedures established by the Quality Management System. The role is responsible for coordinating and verifying the activities of a team of inspectors to ensure that products meet pre-established quality standards and customer requirements, while supporting continuous improvement and compliance with applicable quality processes.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Develop and maintain quality plans for assigned products.
• Lead the investigation and resolution of customer-reported quality issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Implement containment and improvement actions for critical quality issues and support new product launches.
• Coordinate the resolution of supplier quality issues with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
• Monitor quality performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and drive corrective actions through cross-functional collaboration.
• Support product and process validation and approval activities, including capability studies and quality requirements.
• Ensure the execution of process verification activities, identifying areas for improvement and leading corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with change management requirements for products and manufacturing processes.
• Ensure that measurement and inspection equipment used in operations meets established calibration requirements.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and quality standards to deliver conforming products.

• Bachelor's degree completed in Engineering or a related field.
• Intermediate - Advanced English.
• Previous experience in Quality as a Quality Technician or a similar role.
• Experience with Quality Systems and/or Product Engineering is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across functions.
• Proactive approach and strong sense of ownership and accountability.
