Quality & Audits Coordinator

YOUR ROLE

As a Quality and Audits Coordinator on our team, you'll play a key role in strengthening our quality culture, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance across our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about building robust, effective quality systems.

In your daily job you will:

• Planning and conducting internal audits according to IATF16949, VDA 6.3
• Supervise and updating the internal auditors competency matrix
• Monitor and on-time execution corrective actions implementation after internal and
  external audits
• Cooperate with managers/supervisors in the implementation of the requirements of the
  quality system
• Prepare of data for system management reviews (monthly metrics, Annual
  Management Review)
• Initiate actions to improve / develop the quality management system

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

• MSc degree in technical or economy faculty
• Proficiency in IATF 16949 requirements, Qualified internal auditor in quality systems preferred
• Demonstrated ability to MS Office applications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to methodical approach to problem solving
• Fluent English preferred
