This role is within the EDS segment, and you will be joining that segment as it becomes its own entity, with a rich heritage and proven track record as a global leader in low and high voltage power and signal distribution systems. P2P Analyst

Your Role:

• Managing day-to-day P2P activities, including vendor support.
• Analyzing invoice statuses and identify causes of blocks or discrepancies.
• Handling tickets in systems such as ServiceNow and follow workflow procedures.
• Collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues efficiently.
• Ensuring timely ticket closure in line with KPI and SLA requirements.
• Supporting root-cause analysis and contribute to process improvements.
• Reviewing and validate purchasing documents, ensuring compliance with P2P standards and KYS requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience in AP / P2P processes or vendor management.
• Understanding of accounting principles and the purchasing document flow.
• Ability to analyze invoices, data, and system errors.
• Knowledge of the Purchase-to-Pay process; understanding of KYS basics is an advantage.
• Experience with ticketing/workflow systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Strong MS Excel skills (filters, sorting, formulas, tables).
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system.
• Very good command of English (spoken and written).
• Additional language skills are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with suppliers and business stakeholders.
• Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships.
• Professional handling of difficult conversations and escalations.
• Strong task prioritization and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a high volume of requests.
• Independence in resolving issues and closing tickets.
• Logical thinking and root-cause analysis skills.
• Proactive mindset - not only resolving issues but preventing future ones.
• Ownership of timely and accurate task execution
• Reliability and sense of responsibility.
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Resilience and calmness when dealing with suppliers.
