Your role:

Responsible for leading prototype process implementation and product launches from DV through Pre-PV, ensuring production readiness for optical products. Provide day-to-day manufacturing support, coordinates cross-functional activities, and drives design process and quality improvements. Acts as key technical interface between engineering, manufacturing, and customers, ensuring schedule adherence, documentation and KPI tracking.

Your responsibilities:

• Support product launches from DV and Pre PV.
• Lead/manage/execute Prototype process implementation of "Product Line" products based on BIF demands.
• Provide engineering resource to support & to be trained during MQ1-equipment upgrade and spare parts.
• Support and report day-to-day activities to improve/maintain production SPQVC KPIs (such as equipment OEE, FTQ, etc).
• Work with PRS on Prototype coordination and manage task schedule for related prototype processes defined by EGM MFGE Industrialization.
• Provide feedback to customers and MFGE towards design improvements, observations and issues on early stages of the product development for Optical products.
• AOI Mid knowledge of images projection.
• Ensure compliance with schedule and document availability prior build planning from engineering and PjM.
• Prepare build report for each proto build including KPI's reporting and observation reports.
• Report Process and Aids for Process improvements internal.
• Good communication skills.

• Minimum 5 years on Optical applications. (AOI preferably)
• Control Plan Verification
