Product Line Purchasing Intern

Your role

• RFQs sourcing process (sending and collecting requests for quotes)
• Assist with international supplier communications on daily topics
• Assist/Support Purchasing department on a daily basis
• Cooperating with local and foreign teams- SCM related topics
• Perform data collection and data analysis
• Preparation of weekly and monthly reports
• Participation in internal meetings with team, and external with suppliers
• Opportunity to support/manage project from SCM standpoint
• Take part in supplier negotiations

Your background:

• English knowledge (min. B2)
• Willingness to develop and expand knowledge
• Analytical skills (knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel)
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Good communication skills
• Key skill to be successful: open & curious, have analytical mindset & proactive approach
