OTC Senior Analyst

The OTC Senior Analyst plays a significant role within the Order to Cash Cycle. The timely collection of cash is key to enabling key risk management and business decisions within our Aptiv business, also plays a significant role within the timely resolution of disputes is crucial for maintaining high quality relationships with internal and external customers, which in hand improves cash collections effectiveness rate and overall.

Your Role

Perform all aspects of collections regarding EMEA Customers Portfolio, including:

• Resolving customer financial queries
• Managing overdue payments through Collections Workflow
• Contact with customers via phone, email etc.
• Receive and resolve discrepancies (Qty, Price, Warranty, Customer, Freight, etc.)
• Assisting in matching payments received
• Preparing required reports on time - e.g. Past Due report, Forecast, Special invoices and other reports and analysis
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Creating, updating and reviewing procedures
• Participation/ Leading organized conference calls
• Providing support to OTC Team Leader and team members for activities as required

Your Background

• Education background in Finance
• More than 3 years professional experience in Collections Management
• Good knowledge of SAP
• Excellent Excel skills
• Great English skills
• Excellent Analytical and communication skills
