This role is within the EDS segment, and you will be joining that segment as it becomes its own entity, with a rich heritage and proven track record as a global leader in low and high voltage power and signal distribution systems. Our solutions are central to enabling the next generation of electrified, automated, and connected vehicles, and we are committed to innovation, sustainability, and engineering excellence.

• Managing tasks related to pricing implementation and order processing.
• Retrieving and process customer contracts from online portals (B2B and others).
• Validating customer orders against pricing databases and internal records.
• Implementing and update customer prices in SAP in collaboration with Sales.
• Creating and edit documents in SAP following internal procedures.
• Documenting tasks in CRM and ensure proper process compliance.
• Managing an assigned customer portfolio and deliver key outputs on time.
• Providing information for internal and external audits.
• Collaborating with Aptiv teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Maintaining strong cross-team communication and positive working relationships.
• Identifying improvement opportunities within current processes.
• Participating in cross-training to support team coverage.
• Escalating complex issues when needed and work under the guidance of senior analysts and the Team Leader.
• Supporting team leads and managers in key compliance and stakeholder-related activities.
• Participating in ongoing learning and training.

• Secondary education required; higher education preferred.
• No experience needed, or min. 1 year in OTC / order management.
• Ability to build effective and positive stakeholder relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical thinking and ability to solve complex problems with limited information.
• Good communication skills and communicative English (spoken and written).
• Good MS Office skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• SAP knowledge is an advantage.
