NTI COST ENGINEERING

Major Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams globally in Aptiv to generate market level target cost for NTI in different regions globally.
  • Study 2D/3D drawing and analyse the tooling construction and part feasibility
  • From the scratch, calculate the Tooling and component costing
  • Document your activities and database line with customer & Aptiv requirements.
  • Support project planning by tracking timelines and milestones with guidance from senior team members.
  • Help monitor project progress and report any changes or delays to the relevant teams.
  • Build positive working relationships with internal teams and external partners to support smooth project execution.
  • Contribute ideas for cost-saving opportunities in tooling and manufacturing processes.
  • Provide support during quotation and proposal stages.
  • Follow all internal and external audit requirements and compliance standards.
