Immediate Supervisor: MFG Manager

Functional Supervisor:

KEY SERVICES:

  • Oversee manufacturing area by projects
  • Assure product quality and continuous improvement
  • Provide sound leadership for the team
  • Plan and provide training to develop subordinates
  • Build to production plan
  • Ensure product quality
  • Ensure employee safety
  • Maintain housekeeping
  • Support problem solving in MFG

QUALIFICATION:

1. Education Background

Bachelor Degree or Above, Majored in Engineering or Business Administration

2. Skills and Knowledge

a. English: Proficient in English Reading, listening, Speaking & Writing.

b. Computer: Microsoft Office.

c. Strong leadership and good communication skill

d. Proficient in tools such as PFMEA、SPC、MSA、DOE

3. Working Experience

a. 2 Years' or Above Working Experience in supervisor position.

b. 3 Years' or Above Working Experience in Multi-National Company.

c. 3 Years' or Above Manpower Management Experience.
