Your Role

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in Aptiv. You'll be responsible of ensuring project management fairly with the engineering changes and the annual changes model, while guaranteeing project performance.

• Ensure the right connection between engineering changes and continuous improvement.

• Ensure KMS directives: Break kit, WPO, SOS improvement...

• Prepare and update all documentation related to the activity (Kitting Matrix, kit assembly sequence...)

• Ensure compliance with EOS procedures

• Promote and participate in KMS activities.

• Ensure the smooth running of certification audits.

• Ensure reliable data preparation.

• Ensure the smooth running of certification audits and customer audits.

• Ensure weekly update of reports

• Ensure compliance with procedures.

• Ensure good management of auxiliaries (control of overtime, etc.).

• Ensure a good connection with engineering systems

• Master's degree / Engineering Diploma in industrial engineering, electromechanics, mechatronics, mechanics, freshly graduated or with one year experience in the automotive industry or similar position.
• Good problem solving, adaptation and teamwork skills,
• Ability to work under stress and manage various projects.
• Fluent French and English Speaker
