Material Control Planner

Position Summary:

Material Control Planer is in charge of ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Management of an equal share of Suppliers/Part Numbers
• Maintaining of ordering relevant SAP parameters
• Preparing and sending Forecast and Orders to Suppliers
• Implementing of Lean Ordering Process
• Analyzing of DOH report
• Controlling of Supplier related returnable packaging
• Monitoring the Raw Material Ordering Process
• Monitoring critical items in accordance with work instruction
• Daily follow-up of supplier shipment execution
• Reducing/Avoiding excess and obsolete raw material
• Monitoring Supplier Performance
• Collecting required data to sustain claim/cost recovery with Suppliers
• Creating complaints/cost recoveries due to Supplier deficient performance

Requirements:

• Minimum High school education, preferably University or Higher education
• Previous experience in SAP or some ERP/MRP system
• Knowledge of problem solving tools
• Fluent in English
• Advanced Microsoft Office
• Enthusiastic, creative, ready for teamwork and with good communication skill
• Organizational and analytical skills
