Manager, Global Logistics Digitalization & FBA

Your Role

In this role, the person will be responsible for leading the digitalization initiatives and EMEA FBA (Freight Bill Audit) operation within the logistics function. This role combines expertise in logistics operations with digital technology to optimize supply chain processes, implement innovative solutions, and drive operational excellence through data- driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Digital Logistics Strategy - Develop and execute the digital roadmap aligned with SCM objectives.
  • Lead Technology Implementation - Oversee deployment and optimization of logistics systems (TMS, WMS) and integrations with ERP and other platforms.
  • Enable Process Automation - Identify inefficiencies, design automated workflows, and standardize logistics processes globally.
  • Leverage Data & Analytics - Collaborate with analytics teams to implement predictive models, ensure data governance, and extract actionable insights.
  • Champion Innovation - Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, robotics, track & trace), lead pilots, and build business cases for adoption.
  • Manage EMEA Freight Audit - Control audit processes, troubleshoot operational issues, maintain contracts/SOPs, and ensure compliance with legal and VAT regulations.
  • Monitor KPIs & Performance - Establish metrics to measure success of digital initiatives and prepare monthly performance reports.
  • Lead Change Management - Drive adoption of new systems and processes across logistics and related functions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with IT, sourcing, operations, and technology suppliers on strategic projects.
  • Develop Team Capability - Create training programs to enhance digital literacy and foster a culture of continuous improvement

Your background

  • Min. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Systems, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in logistics/supply chain operations with at least 5 years in digital transformation or systems implementation
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing logistics technology solutions
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and projects
  • Proficient understanding of logistics systems (TMS, WMS, YMS, etc.)
  • Knowledge of data analytics tools and methodologies
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Experience with business process modeling and optimization
