Manager Customer Advanced Quality

We are seeking an experienced Customer Advanced Quality Manager to lead and develop our Customer Advanced Quality Engineers (CAQE) team. In this role, you will manage a team of 8-10 professionals, driving world-class quality in advanced automotive technologies. You will play a key role in mitigating design risks, ensuring successful program launches, and embedding Built-In Quality principles across projects. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to deliver safe, reliable, and innovative products.

Your Role:

• Lead and develop the CAQE team, including training plans and performance evaluations.
• Drive issue escalations, remove roadblocks, and support the team in achieving objectives.
• Plan and monitor APQP processes and customer-specific requirements.
• Support program launches through audits, readiness reviews, and customer visits.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer quality leadership.

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience in automotive quality.
• 8-10 years in automotive industry, including product launch.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English.
• Knowledge of APQP, PDP, and OEM-specific requirements (preferred).
