YOUR ROLE

Support data-driven decision-making in global logistics and international trade by analyzing operational data, building reports, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, cost, and compliance.

In your daily job you will:

• Analyze logistics, transportation, and customs data to identify trends, delays, and cost drivers
• Monitor key KPIs such as lead time, OTIF, freight cost, and clearance times
• Perform root cause analysis on delays, service failures, and cost overruns
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for operational and management use
• Translate data into clear insights to support decision-making
• Extract, clean, validate, and manage data from ERP, TMS, and external sources
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate reporting tasks
• Support data-driven optimization of routes, inventory, and logistics costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, trade, procurement, finance)
• Provide analytical support for global trade, compliance, and audits
• Monitor import/export data, tariffs, and regulatory impacts
• Track shipments and highlight risks or delays using data insights
• Support carrier performance analysis and operational issue resolution
• Continuously improve technical and analytical skills (SQL, BI tools, etc.)
• Handle ad hoc data requests and support operational and strategic initiatives

• Completed bachelor's degree
• Advanced English (written and spoken)
• +1 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, data analysis, or global trade environments
• Strong analytical skills with experience handling large datasets
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Familiarity with ERP and/or TMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL (Python is a plus)
• Understanding of logistics KPIs (lead time, OTIF, transportation costs, etc.)
• Knowledge of import/export processes, customs, and trade compliance concepts is a plus
• Experience in data cleaning, validation, and reporting standardization
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for business stakeholders
