Lead Systems Technician

Major Accountabilities:

Participate in test design and planning activities under the guidance of senior test engineers.

Assist in developing test procedures and protocols based on project requirements and specifications.

Conduct system-level testing according to established test plans and procedures.

Perform debugging activities to identify and resolve issues encountered during testing

Utilize data analytics techniques to analyze test results and identify trends or anomalies.

Generate reports summarizing test findings and presenting insights to the testing team.

Troubleshoot system issues and failures encountered during testing.

Collaborate with the engineering team to diagnose and resolve technical problems.

Conduct communication protocol testing to verify the functionality and interoperability of system components.

Validate the compliance of communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, UDS, and Ethernet.

Prepare test reports and update documentation in tools such as Polarion, Jama Connect, and CM Synergy.

Utilize testing tools and software platforms including CANoe, CAPL, Python, MATLAB/Simulink, and ASPICE.

Familiarize with configuration management tools like Polarion, Jama Connect, and CM Synergy for documentation and reporting purposes.
