KTC Finance Controller

Finance control

  • Address external audit and corporate tax return as necessary.
  • Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Closing.
  • Preparation of BS review and verification.
  • Managing accounting treatment on Sales/COGS/AR/AP based on understanding of operating process.
  • Facilitate proper documentation of vouchers at China plant
  • Credit management
  • Physical Inventory check

Budgeting, planning and analysis

  • Annual budget setup.
  • Monitoring expenditures and CAPEX to prevent overspending budget.
  • Variance analysis of actual vs budget for office expense on a monthly basis.
  • Keep the spending within the approved budget including NRE and make sure all planned invoices are appropriately issued and paid.

Taxation

  • Ensure tax estimation complying with updated tax regulation.
  • File a VAT and tax return
  • Review of local tax, property tax, corporate income tax etc.
  • Report tax provision in a quarterly basis via One source
  • Responsible for regular tax audit by NTS

Treasury

  • Managing revolving credit facility agreement
  • Daily Cash monitoring and Monthly Cash forecast

Other

  • Update policies and encourage adherence to policies, rules, regulations, and laws.
  • Complete cross functional projects as needed.
  • Leading risk management of insurance
  • Provide professional advice and assistance to support the company's business in terms of accounting, finance, and taxation, including credit control.
  • Daily and monthly communication channel between operations in China or Korea and customers in Korea, resolving any disputes and reconciling items
