Your Role

We are looking for a Junior Salesforce Engineer with a strong interest in AI-enabled development and full-stack engineering.

This role will:

• Build MCP tools for secure Salesforce data access

• Support future Salesforce capability development across Sales Operations

• Assist in API integrations, automation, and data quality workflows

• Work closely with senior engineers on new commercial analytics and automation initiatives

This is a rare opportunity to grow in a hybrid discipline combining Salesforce engineering, backend development, and AI-assisted workflow design.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Development:

• Develop MCP tools that safely expose Salesforce data and objects

• Implement REST API integrations and support Bulk API queries

• Write SOQL queries and assist in optimizing data retrieval

• Support development of new Salesforce capabilities (fields, flows, record types, custom objects, automations)

AI & Backend Integration:

• Create and maintain input/output schemas for MCP tools

• Assist with connecting backend logic to AI-powered workflow engines

• Support testing, validation, and reliability tuning

Salesforce Platform Support:

• Work with internal Salesforce admins and developers to:

o Improve the data model

o Enhance configuration

o Support validation rules and automation

o Implement new features requested by Sales Operations

Data & Quality Support:

• Assist the Data Stewardship team with data validation and analysis

• Perform quality checks and field completeness assessment

• Support resolving data issues impacting analytics workflows

Your background

• 1-3 years Salesforce experience (Admin or Developer track)

• Familiarity with SOQL

• Basic Python or Node.js development skills

• Understanding of APIs, JSON, and web services

• Interest in AI-driven tooling and modern integration patterns

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Admin or Platform Developer I certification

• Familiarity with Azure or AWS serverless tooling

• Experience with CI/CD or Git-based workflows

• Some exposure to backend/API development
