Inventory Control Analyst

As an Inventory Control Analyst, you will ensure permanent inventory control and manage cyclical inventories in coordination with the multidisciplinary team according to a defined program to identify and eliminate all problems that can generate a stock gap

Your Role:

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to inventory control and management.
• Develop, implement and monitor all key functions related to inventory operations to ensure they are accurate and compliant.
• Coordinate a cyclical counting program in a continuous inventory environment.
• Coordinate progress and results of cyclical counting and identify the processes required to monitor and provide regular reports on results.
• Research and diagnose inventory gaps and document failures and actions (Identify root causes and provide possible solutions).
• Ensure coordination between staff to effectively implement business process improvements and procedures to proactively optimize inventory levels per item.
• Accelerate the daily flow of any special orders on SAP from receipt, labelling, location and on-time delivery.
• Make sure that the SAP parameters are well controlled and check them with the Key User and the SME.
• Deploy the actions related to the annual inventory and ensure that these actions are under control in the field.

Your Background:

• Bac+5 in a technical education.
• Experience of min 2 years of PC&L Area in Aptiv.
• Knowledge of SAP usage
• Knowledge of Production Planning
• Fluent English required (Oral and written communication skills).
• Creativity, Initiative & Independent judgement.
