Inside Sales Intern

Here in the Inside Sales Team we have daily contact with car industry customers located the whole world such as Mercedes, Audi, BMW, Porsche or Ferrari. Each day we support the sales operations and customer sales channel teams with projects that will help leverage our sales team capabilities.

This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in quotation processes, customer communication and cooperation with engineering teams within the automotive industry.

Your Role:

• Support assigned customer accounts
• Being the first point of contact for assigned customers purchasing teams
• Receive and process quotation requests
• Prepare quotations, reports and related documentation
• Update pricing in SAP/QAD
• Configure new products based on customer requirements
• Support customers with technical documents
• Cooperate with engineering and other internal teams to support quotation activities
• Maintaining price lists dedicated to specific OEMs

Your Background:

• Student status
• Availability (minimum 20 h per week or more)
• Fluent English skills, additional languages will be an asset (our customers are from all over the world)
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions (e.g. VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) will be considered a strong advantage.
