Position Summary

Coordinate all activities related to PRS and I&CIM in the plant and lead PRS team and I&CIM coordinator.

Be the single contact point for all Product Readiness Support team.

Your Role:

  • Lead and Develop the Production Readiness Competency Group in Szombathely Hungary and I&CIM (structure problem solver) coordinator(s).
  • Leader has the responsibility and authority to ensure that customer requirements are met in case of corrective and preventive actions implementation and verification.
  • Ensure weekly updates for management regular meetings.
  • Implement Training plan for all Production Readiness Leaders and I&CIM coordinator(s).
  • Manage Production Readiness resources to effectively support Project Teams.
  • Ensure effective communications of New Product related information with customers (project team, operations, supervisor, & implementation team.

Your Background:

  • Engineering university degree
  • Fluent English language knowledge - written and spoken
  • MS Office User level
  • 2-4 years of experience in electronical manufacturing, preferably in automotive industry
  • Data driven approach of problems
  • Logical thinking
  • Preferably SS GB or Black Belt certification.
  • Coaching
