HR Support Intern

Your Role:
- Support on the HR processes (Hiring, on boarding, development, termination)
- Support on the monitoring of the HR KPI defined
- Support and management of internal corporate events;
- Learn the personnel training process (from the analysis of the needs to the evaluation of the results);
- Database management (curriculum, training, personal data);
- Development of corporate communication projects;
- Implementation/Updates of the HR department procedures.
Your background:
- Academic background in Psychology, Economics, or a related field
- Full-time availability
- Fluent proficiency in English and Italian (written and spoken)
