HR Information Systems Intern

Requirements:

  • Current Student in the last semesters of Computer/Systems/Software Engineer, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup's, pivots tables, sorting data, macros)
  • Microsoft Office in general
  • 80% English level
  • Power automate
  • Share point management
  • MS Forms
  • Power Apps
  • AI tools preferable (Copilot, Prompts)
  • Availability to work from Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm.
  • RFC (Mandatory).
  • Good communication skills (verbal, written)
  • Willingness to learn
  • Positive attitude
  • Proactive.

Your role:

  • Workday Integration monitoring
  • Send integration results to users
  • Workday, PNET and T&A User support
  • Execution of mass load processes in Workday
  • Update Shrepoints
  • Develop/update application instructions
  • Facilitate meetings with Users
  • HRIS Metrics management
  • Interaction with providers (Workday, Capgemini, PeopleNet, T&A)
  • Update Total Rewards tools (MS Forms, Power automate, Macros)
  • Support to the following areas of Total Rewards:
    • Benefits management
    • Savings Fund
    • Retirement (Pension Plan)
    • Compensation management

Your Background:

  • Advanced English
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency ( Pivot Tables, Microsoft Excel Macros )
  • Power Automate
  • Power BI
  • Student Business Administration , computer systems or a related field.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
  • Student in final semesters
  • RFC (Required)
