GTO Mex Associate Customs

Competencies required skill:

• 1 year of experience in Customs
• Advanced English
• Basic use of Microsoft Office
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Teamwork ability
• Knowledge in Systems:

o Trade and Tax Solution database (2TS)

o SOIA - MX Government System

o US Broker system for entry

o Group E-mail monitoring

• Ground exports knowledge
• Intra Mexico Export Invoicing process knowledg

General Functions:

• Management of documenting Export Operations
• Constant learning in the different Operations of the area
• Sporadic participation in Internal Audit processes such as Archive Control
• Do not make unilateral decisions and learn to consult EOS Customs processes
• Attention to Exports of plants and/or assigned sites (Generation of customs declarations, customs proformas such as DODA, PITA and generation of files for Carta Porte)
• Generation of Transfer Notices (Inter Plant Shipments)
• Realization of Virtual Invoices (Intra-Mexico Shipments from Clients/Suppliers) Support and monitoring of the tasks of the previous shift of the customs area Monitoring of Export Shipments from the Interior Plants.
• Report and notification of customs checks at the ports for Imports or Exports Responsible of archive filling Support and attention to any contingency of the area and/or services.
• Any other work activity related to your position and/or required by your immediate boss
