Your Role

  • Responsible for project management, whether in conception, development, or during the product lifecycle. This includes defining project objectives, developing plans and schedules, identifying resource needs (human and financial), coordinating different stakeholders, managing risks and issues, and regularly monitoring and reporting project progress.
  • Supervise the definition of technical product specifications in collaboration with design and development teams. Oversee product design, component selection, integration of products and components, as well as the necessary testing and validations.
  • Technical Project Coordination and Oversight:
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary internal and external teams.
  • Coordinate the activities of these teams, ensure smooth communication among them, and ensure that project objectives are consistently and efficiently achieved.
  • Participate in identifying and selecting suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, ensure adherence to deadlines and deliverable quality, and regularly evaluate supplier performance.
  • Product Compliance Monitoring (Quality and Regulatory Objectives):
  • Ensure that the product under development complies with legal and safety requirements.
  • Prepare the necessary documentation for technical phase reviews.

Your Background

  • Engineering degree at the master's level in electronics, electrical, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of electronic R&D for the automotive sector.
  • Experience in team management is desirable.
  • English level B2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
