Position Summary:

The Process Engineering Expert will lead the deployment of new technologies and processes across our EMEA sites. This senior technical role is critical to maintaining our competitive edge and delivering high-quality solutions to our customers.

• Serve as the technical authority for automation processes (Transfer Lines, Cordsets).
• Lead process readiness and execution for new program installations.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement across EMEA plants.
• Ensure compliance with ME standards (POS, BOP, PFMEA, BOE) and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, SCM, Quality, Maintenance) and external partners.
• Act as deputy to the Area Manager, making decisions in their absence.
• Support capability development and mentor engineering SMEs.

Your Profile:

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, ideally in automotive or wire harness industry.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, reporting, project management, and strategic communication.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
