ROLES, RESPONSABILIDADES Y AUTORIDAD

1.- Lograr el cumplimiento al programa diario de produccion.

2.- Administracion del recurso humano para lograr los objetivos esperados en calidad,entrega y productividad de Grupo natural de trabajo asigado.

3.- Asegurar el cumplimiento del Sistema de Calidad y Sistemas de Manufactura en en area asignado.

4.- Cumplimiento de los objetivos asigandos; OEE, Scrap, Calidad, seguridad, en el Grupo Natural de Trabajo en el area de Corte .

5.- Mantener un ambiente de trabajo seguro y sin conflictos.

6. Mantener activo un enfoque y cultura de seguridad con personal y areas de servicio.

7.- Asegurar la ejecucion correcta de cambios de ingenieria y cambios de año modelo, con el enfoque cero obsoleto.

8.- Promover y asegurar la implementacion de planes de mejoramiento continuo en el area de trabajo asignado

9.- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las instrucciones y/o procedimientos del sistema de EOS, Ambiental y Seguridad.
