Your Role
In your daily job you will:
- Develop and implement management procedures that comply with local occupational health, safety, and environmental protection regulations, in accordance with the standards of APTIV
- Leading the efforts on getting ISO14001 and ISO45001 certificates and maintaining the systems. Perform internal EHS audits, coordinate and support periodic external audits and risk assessments in the plant. Conduct the management review within the plant
- Utilize JHA or risk assessment to manage the health & safety hazard in plant to minimize the risk to acceptable level, include machine safety, machine release, LOTO, electrical safety, forklift and warehouse safety
- Keep a solid communication link with regional EHS teams. Provide input to regional and EHS functional leaders; work with them to develop the annual EHS objectives, targets and project plans required for introducing new HS&E initiatives and continuously improving plant EHS performance
- Develop the systemic EHS training plan based on Global and local regulation & custom. Ensure the plan is specific and fit the needs. Timely delivery the training courses to all levels of the plant organization
- Implement the Occupational Health management program and measures in plant according to the law and regulations, arrange the monitoring and measurement of OH, arrange employee health check and follow up the results
- Manage the environmental aspects inside the plant include waste disposal, periodical monitoring and measurement, energy conservation and sustainable topics
- Develop and implement fire safety management procedures to ensure that all fire facilities are in good condition, and organize fire safety training, drills, etc.
- Responsible for the daily management of the security team and developing an effective security management system based on the company's operational needs
- Lead the incident investigation in the plant and provide technical support for the RCA and CAP/MAP, implement the look across activity to prevent the repeat incident
- Organize various EHS continuous improvement projects and cultural enhancement activities to keep factory management and employees updated on the latest EHS performance of the factory, and develop an excellent EHS culture

Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in safety, environmental management or other related engineering background;
- At least 3 years of work experience in a joint venture or sole proprietorship enterprise;
- Good understand of environmental, health and safety legal regulations and their applications. Be able to establish and use measurement systems to determine performance for compliance with regulations.
- Possess English communication skills and computer application skills;
- Having the qualification certification of ISO14001 and ISO45001 internal or external auditors;
- Good accident prevention and safety Management planning skills.
