Your Role
In your daily job you will:
- Lead overall Production Control & Logistics (PC&L) operations, including customer scheduling, production planning, inventory control, warehousing, and transportation management.
- Develop and execute production and material plans to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer demand, forecast changes, and coordinate cross-functional activities to maintain supply continuity.
- Manage inventory levels and inventory accuracy while driving initiatives to reduce excess and obsolete inventory.
- Oversee warehouse operations, material flow, and logistics activities to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain performance, inventory turns, logistics costs, and operational efficiency.
- Establish and monitor PC&L KPIs such as OTTR, inventory turns, premium freight, schedule attainment, and delivery performance.
- Collaborate with Operations, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and Finance teams to support production requirements and business objectives.
- Lead customer communication related to demand changes, delivery issues, recovery plans, and escalation management.
- Develop, coach, and manage PC&L team members to strengthen organizational capability and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable supply chain standards.

Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Production Control, Logistics, Materials Management, or Supply Chain functions within a manufacturing environment.
- Previous leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, customer scheduling, warehousing, and logistics operations.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and supply chain performance analysis.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Automotive industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency in English communication preferred.
