This role is within the EDS segment, and you will be joining that segment as it becomes its own entity, with a rich heritage and proven track record as a global leader in low and high voltage power and signal distribution systems. Our solutions are central to enabling the next generation of electrified, automated, and connected vehicles, and we are committed to innovation, sustainability, and engineering excellence.

Your Role:

• Conducting Privacy and AI Impact Assessments (OneTrust), including LIAs and TIAs.
• Ensuring compliance with global privacy and AI regulations (GDPR, EU AI Act, LGPD, CCPA/CPRA).
• Supporting business teams in completing Privacy Assessments and resolving privacy-related queries.
• Maintaining and update Records of Processing Activities (RoPA), including data mapping and quality improvements.
• Delivering privacy expertise, awareness, and training.
• Supporting global privacy program implementation and daily privacy operations.
• Assisting with Incident Response and Data Subject Access Requests.
• Conducting research on global data protection topics and supporting continuous process improvement.
• Performing additional privacy-related tasks as needed.

• 3-5 years of relevant data privacy experience.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and business analysis skills.
• Degree-level education (preferred).
• Privacy certifications (CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT) are an advantage.
• Experience with OneTrust or similar privacy management tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
