Customs & Logistics Operation Leader

• This role will provide support, advice and training to sites and support escalations, to ensure all sites smooth production without trade & logistics compliance risk.
• Provide Legal Entity Management for customs function, e.g. the management for AEO certificate application and renewal, Declaration Entity Registration certificate application and renewal, Enterprise Annual Report submission and so on.
• Analyze new policies or regulations against various legislation and work with other teams & external stakeholders to update procedures for daily operation in a timely manner.
• Provide Handbook management.
• FTA operation management.
• Duty Free Exempt Equipment Management.
• Documents Management.
• Cooperate with GTC team to achieve cost saving contribution.
• Manage broker and CCP supplier compliance & service quality , including monthly process checking and reporting.
• Serve as the primary liaison with appropriate government agencies responsible for customs audits.
