YOUR ROLE
Coordinate required activities across multiple company disciplines to deliver timely responses to customer-reported failures, ensuring all work is carried out with diligence, quality, and safety.
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Maintain communication and meet the requirements of both internal and external customers.
- Coordinate activities for the implementation of containment actions and corrective actions in response to customer quality complaints.
- Provide external quality performance information to the Warranty Engineer when required.
- Support activities related to IATF 16949:2016.
- Provide support to Quality Engineers when there are questions regarding acceptance criteria.
- Know, understand, and comply with each customer's specific response requirements.
- Attend daily quality review meetings.
- Form an MRB with qualified team members to develop a response plan for each customer complaint.
- Review customer scorecards.
- Review and update customer portals.
- Submit timely responses through customer portals.
- Review and update DPRTS and/or the Qsys system.
- Attend RTE group meetings to ensure that DPRTS or Qsys items pending closure meet implementation deadlines and required documentation, in alignment with the Customer Response Manager.
- Generate and update customer performance charts ("Gate Charts").

- Knowledge of problem-solving techniques.
- Advanced knowledge of software/computer applications.

- Negotiation skills.
- Advanced English.
